Mack
Trucks Australia choose Gibson Tru-body

(exerpt from ISO National Network Report)
"In 1997 MACK TRUCKS decided to introduce a modified US-imported truck cab. MACK TRUCKS chose to look locally for a manufacturer capable of performing the conversion into a sleeper cab. This process involved removing the rear of the cab and inserting the sleeper section and fitting new floor, side and roof panels. An extensive selection process of local body building capability led Mack to five companies, all of which had the capability to do the work. Mack eventually chose GIBSON TRU-BODY who proved themselves to be most suited to undertake the work .. MACK TRUCKS AUSTRALIA were very pleased with initial refurbishments that GIBSON TRU-BODY performed, and expect to modify 50 cabs per year."
By early 2000, GIBSON TRU-BODY will have completed over 100 cab conversions to meet the stringent quality standards maintained by MACK TRUCKS AUSTRALIA.
